For guests with gluten intolerance we offer the perfect selection of wholesome and homemade dishes, all dishes and specialties at Ruthis are gluten-free. Our mother Ruth - namesake of the Ruthis - has also been affected by celiac disease (gluten intolerance) for years. The good soul of our café characterizes the concept of our café with her experience in the field of gluten-free nutrition. All cake recipes and other culinary ideas come from Mama Ruth - because as everyone knows: It tastes best with Mama!
