We have been operating SALON HANSEN in Lüneburg's city center since May 2010. The cultural program offered ranges from live concerts of various genres, entertainment and educational formats such as readings, poetry slams, theater performances or film screenings to parties with DJs and visual artists.

We want to offer a platform for the regional music scene, for which only few adequate venues are available. On the other hand, we try to live up to our high standards and strive to bring national and international musicians to Lüneburg in order to sustainably improve the cultural offerings for the city and the region. We deliberately don't commit ourselves to specific genres; we want to cover the musical spectrum as broadly as possible and also support niche formats here in Lüneburg.

In order to get both our guests and ourselves through the Corona summer, we have created a digital format that brings our cultural program live into the living rooms of our viewers: The Salon Hansen Show - The Weekly Living Room! Every Friday starting at 8pm, we present hand-picked cultural programming there in spoken, concert and recorded form. In addition, each week we ask a local business to join us for a "Salon Talk."

But we also want to offer a platform to other cultural creators in the region. For this purpose, we provide our streaming setup and the necessary technical know-how. So please get in touch if you want to take advantage of this offer.
