Poetry Slam Lüneburg

Once again, words will clash in the finest club atmosphere.
Every two months, the best poetry slammers in Northern Germany gather on stage at Salon Hansen.
Poetry slam is a live poetry competition. Performers have five minutes to win over the audience with their personalities and their poems. It gets loud at times, quiet at others; funny one moment, heartwarming the next—whether it’s political cabaret or profound poetry, anything goes, and it all belongs on the slam stage. Poetry slam combines diversity, art, and entertainment all in one event, and in the end, the audience decides what they liked best to determine the best poet of the evening.
