the SIGNUM open space:

A center for international culture in Bremen, founded in 2024 by the internationally renowned string quartet "Signum Quartett" from Bremen. The SIGNUM open space was born out of the desire to offer an audience high-quality programs and also to allow them to participate in artistic creation processes - in an informal atmosphere, also with drinks and snacks. For the musicians of the Signum Quartet, the conversations and exchanges with the audience after the concerts are just as important as the concerts themselves.

From 2024 to 2026, SIGNUM open space will receive funding from the Bremen Senator for Culture, which will help to build the cultural center step by step.
As SIGNUM open space is to continue to exist beyond this three-year funding period, a support association has been founded - SIGNUM open space e.V.. One of the aims of this association is to continue to offer a diverse cultural program and invite international guests to Bremen in the future. If you are interested in making this possible, you can easily support the association with a regular donation.
