The inclusive Torhaus 1 construction project in Waller Mitte is entering the home straight. A name was still being sought for the pub integrated into the building. The Martinsclub had asked for help. All interested parties were invited to submit suggestions. The Martin's Club received over 100 submissions. Now it's clear: Auntie Martin has won the race. "The selection was not easy. Because there were many beautiful, creative and interesting ideas for the name of the inclusive pub. I think that Tante Martin is an absolutely fitting name for the pub here in Waller Mitte. We look forward to welcoming people from the neighborhood and from all over to Tante Martin," explains Robert Klosa, regional manager of the Martinsclub in Walle.
The winning proposal was submitted by Tyler Bunadi. "I am very pleased that my proposal won. On the one hand, the name Tante Martin stands for inclusive gastronomy, and on the other, for future guests, because everyone should feel equal. The Martinsclub creates a space for this and that's great."
