The USUS am Wasser is known in Vienna above all as an open-air spot on the New Danube that mixes beach bar feeling, cultural area and club vibes: you come here to sit by the water, "chill out" for a moment - and then often end up in the middle of an afternoon that seamlessly flows into the evening. Around the sandy beach, the water and the culture deck (where most of the clubs and events take place), a summery mix of chilling out on the grass, drinks from the beach bar, spontaneous encounters and the feeling that the city is suddenly far away, even though you've really only just left it. The program is clearly event-driven: from recurring club and open-air formats to larger special nights where the grounds become a dance floor and you should arrive early because it can get crowded depending on the rush.
