Wildwuchs Brauwerk produces refreshingly unconventional beers for you in all their original variety of flavors. And we are the only brewery in Hamburg to do so completely organically! Our beer is a living and therefore never quite the same product. It brings nature into the city, a bit of "urban wild growth" you could say.

We are Hamburg boys & girls. That's why all our products are grown in our own brewery in Hamburg Wilhelmsburg. All production steps are carried out by us on site. Our beer does not travel long distances, but comes directly to you after bottling.

Visit us in Hamburg-Wilhelmsburg, where you can experience master brewer Fiete and his team and try our fresh beers at tastings, brewing courses and guided tours. Our taproom is open on Fridays and Saturdays from 4 to 11 pm.

In summer, our summer terrace also invites you to linger. In addition to brewery tours and courses, we regularly offer events such as concerts and farm festivals.
