The ADFC and the Naturfreunde Radgruppe Stuttgart are ringing in the 2026 cycling season together - with their traditional "Anradeln", which takes place this year on Sunday, March 29. Six bike tours invite you to join in. The Naturefriends cycling group's motto for the tour is "The Romans are on the loose in Cannstatt" - and indeed: the ride through Bad Cannstatt shows the variety of Roman remains, from the former Roman fort and the horse cemetery discovered in 2025 to many small finds, such as a Roman relief with spring nymphs. The ADFC tour guides offer five bike tours tailored to different target groups: a tour by and for women, a gravel bike tour through Stuttgart's western forests, two 30-kilometre tours up to the Bärenschlössle and through the Feuerbach valley to the Hohe Warte and a sporty, almost 70-kilometre tour via Solitude Castle to the Strohgäu.

All tours start from Stuttgart's Schlossplatz square at 11 am. Cycling is free of charge for all participants and you don't have to be a club member. Further information on the tours is available from the Naturefriends and in our tour portal.
