belladonna - Kultur, Bildung und Wirtschaft für Frauen e. V. in Bremen has been informing, qualifying, connecting and networking women and archiving knowledge about and by women since 1986.

The aim of belladonna is to make the achievements and history of women more visible. belladonna promotes the cultural education of women, empowers women in various areas of society and highlights the position of women in areas of power, e.g. in politics, business and the media.

belladonna's motto: Women are our priority.

To this end, the non-profit association focuses on the areas of culture, education, business and archives. In this context, we consider the systematic reappraisal of life and contemporary history in the Bremen Women's Archive and Documentation Center to be a central task.
