Tanztheater Erfurt e.V. has existed since 2007 - founded by director and choreographer Ester Ambrosino - and stands for contemporary dance theater, creative diversity and the promotion of young talent. We create a space for professional productions as well as for training and dance education in our dance courses. We celebrate dance as an open, unifying art form for all generations. With strong collaborations, award-winning productions, the biennial International Dance Theater Festival and a passion for innovation, we shape the dance and theater scene in Erfurt and throughout Thuringia - visibly, inclusively and always close to the audience.
