...that's how we know Üfest and that's how we're planning the 14th edition on August 30 + 31, 2024.

But these are difficult times for small, non-profit festivals and, like many others, we are suffering from financial uncertainties. Funding decisions from the federal and state governments are a long time coming, so we won't know until much too late whether and what budget will be available for the upcoming festival. Important and great festivals such as the @dreizehngadfestival have even had to be canceled for this reason. That's not how it works, we need planning security!

We are sticking to our vision, making advance payments and hope that you and the Bremen band scene will be at the start, come what may!

Starting out as the association's summer festival, the Überseefestival has developed into one of the most important free and outdoor events on the Bremen scene. The festival, which is largely organized by members of Musikszene Bremen e.V., is a kind of showcase and meeting place for the local music scene. Over 2000 visitors enjoy the Bremen music program on two evenings in front of two to three stages with Free admission to the open air area. With more than 20 live acts, there is a high-quality music program for every musical taste. The large proportion of up-and-coming bands from all genres, as well as the selection of all partners and service providers, remains true to the motto "100% Bremen".
