Veranstaltungsreihe Europa Erlesen

The event series Europa Erlesen has been taking place since 2007 as a cooperation between the Literaturbüro NRW e.V. and the NRW State Chancellery. Twice a year, authors are invited to read from their latest works, preferably with a European connection. This is followed by an opportunity for discussion and exchange. In 2021, the literature series was modernized with the aim of addressing other target groups and opening up the series, which had previously been limited to the State Chancellery, to other locations. Since then, Europa erlesen has been visiting local people in North Rhine-Westphalia to take them on a literary journey through Europe.
