Hi, I'm Tine - founder of WILDESGRÜN and a passionate herbal expert. Since 2016, I have been sharing my knowledge of edible wild and medicinal plants, inspiring a sustainable lifestyle and showing how versatile and delicious our local wild plants can be.

Together with my team, I offer various wild herb experiences in Cologne and the surrounding area (Kerpen, Eifel, Bergisches Land), often in cooperation with local organic farms.

Whether on the small herb tour, the wild snack or the herbal pharmacy workshops: you will learn how to identify, collect and use wild and medicinal herbs. We'll show you how to connect with nature in a simple way and discover naturalness. Twice a year, you can also travel with me to the foothills of the Alps and experience a green herb week there. As I love hiking, the Great Wild Herb Hikes were created a few years ago - there is a lot to discover on a 10 km round trip in the Bergisches Land or the Eifel.
