Mi.M LtPp

The works are created using the "Let the Paper paint" technique - a processual dialog with the material. Paper fragments on wood form the basis of each work. Whether self-made, historical or already painted: Every piece of paper carries history and memory.

Through associative work, abstract landscapes and undulating structures are created that combine experiences of nature, the subconscious and sound. Warm and cool color spaces create a balance between vastness and intimacy.

As an art therapist and artist, she relies on the intuitive process. For Mi.M, paper is an element of confession, transformation and freedom. Mi.M lets the paper tell - and paint.

Mi.M is currently exhibiting LtPp at two venues: the Heartspace art space in Danziger Strasse and Bean Here in Möllendorfstrasse. Her first solo exhibition will follow next year!
