At 6'3", Masego is not only a towering figure in stature, but also in the world of music and beyond. The multi-Grammy nominated artist alternates between masterfully performing his music and creating beats out of nothing, incorporating stand-up comedy elements and live improvisation, making each performance a unique masterpiece. Inspired by musical greats such as Andre 3000, Cab Calloway and Jorge Ben Jor, Masego has created a sound that is unmistakably his own.

The Jamaican-American artist with African roots that run through South and West Africa has created his own sound that began as "trap house jazz" and has since evolved into a groundbreaking multicultural fusion.

Masego grew up in a military family in Virginia, with frequent stints in New York, Georgia and the Carolinas, giving him a wealth of experience. This diverse background lends his music an exploration of love, life and identity, which he performs with razor-sharp precision.
