Papir is an instrumental three-piece from Copenhagen, Denmark who has been perfecting their unique brand of semi-improvisational psychedelic rock since the early 2010's. Their long discography explores a vast territory spanning ambient pieces to full on sonic cascades of blistering psychedelia. To see Papir perform is to believe - the trio's live chemistry is a wonder to behold which can scarcely be captured on record. And since their live performances have been extremely scarce in recent years, it's a rare treat to witness them in a venue as intimate as Hafenklang. Since joining Stickman Records in 2017, Paper has released four full-length records and are expected to present new material from their upcoming record coming in 2026.
