It's getting colorful in Munich at the beginning of May. Just as it should be, because the go drag festival is now also taking place in our city. And one thing is for sure: you don't want to miss it! Stars, glamor and a good mood are pre-programmed!
Auer Dult: Maidult
Lass es rundgehen wie im Riesenrad: Bei der Maidult erwarten dich um die 300 Marktstände mit originellen Waren, Schmankerln & Fahrgeschäften - so wird der Mariahilfplatz für mehr als eine Woche zum Place to Be. Ob in Tracht oder nicht, so ein paar gebrannte Mandeln gehen doch immer. Oder darf’s doch Zuckerwatte sein? In jedem Fall gilt: Ein Besuch ist als Münchner:in eigentlich ein Muss!
Pssst: All Dult fans are of course in the know and should also make a note of the Jakobidult from July 29 and the Kirchweihdult from October 14!
Die Lange Nacht der Musik München
Can you hear that? That's the music that will be playing in every corner of our city for one day! Last year there were 400 concerts at around 60 well-known and more unusual locations and from all musical genres - let yourself be carried away again in 2024 and spend a night full of sound!
Corso Leopold
Am Samstag und Sonntag heißt es wieder: Autos raus aus der Leopoldstraße! Denn dann übernimmt das Corso Leopold mit allerhand Bühnenprogramm die belebte Straße und macht sie zu einem Paradies für Fußgänger:innen. Schau vorbei!
Tollwood Sommerfestival
Der Olympiapark Süd verwandelt sich wieder für einen Monat in ein buntes Wunderland mit dem Markt der Ideen, Theater, Performances, der Musik-Arena und kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten. Hier kannst du jeden Sommerabend verbringen und hast trotzdem noch nicht alles entdeckt. Viele Programmpunkte haben freien Eintritt, also nichts wie hin!

41. FILMFEST MÜNCHEN 2024
Summer, sun, Munich and Germany's biggest summer film festival returns to our city's cinemas with more than 100 film premieres! For film lovers and cineastes as well as for everyone who loves fantastic, curious, crazy, dramatic, in other words: simply great stories: Look forward to excellent international productions, the best cinema from Germany, indie gems and great audience films!
CSD - Christopher Street Day München 2024
Anyone who has ever attended the CSD in Munich knows that this day is one of the best of the year! PrideWeeks will start in June 2024 - so get ready for a colorful program when the 400,000 visitors from last year return. All queers, friends and supporters, see you on the streets!
Münchner Sommernachtstraum
Hier erleben selbst Magie-Muffel ihren zauberhaften Disney-Moment: Denn zum Abschluss eines wunderbaren Tages erleuchtet das wohl schönste Feuerwerk der Stadt über der Menschenmenge im Olympiapark. Abgestimmt zur Musik scheint es fast, als würden die Lichter über den Köpfen einen Tanz veranstalten. Überzeug dich selbst!
Kocherlball
The Kocherlball belongs to Munich like the Chinese Tower to the English Garden. And that's exactly where everyone gathers again to watch the cheerful folk dances or join in themselves. As every year, the only question that remains is whether to set the alarm or stay up all night.

The fifth season shows itself again from its most beautiful side for 16 days - get ready for the Wiesn madness! So get into your traditional costume and head for the beer tents.
