Cologne Creativ Summer: Three Days of Creativity—Sunday Is Family Day

For three days, the Cologne Creativ Summer is all about DIY, discovery, and creative ideas. From August 21 to 23, 2026, the creative fair in Cologne invites you to browse, try things out, and get involved. Numerous exhibitors will showcase the latest trends, materials, and inspiration for creative projects.

A special program awaits families on Sunday, August 23: That’s when the Cologne Creative Summer becomes Family Day, featuring additional activities and entertainment especially for children—and, of course, for all adults who enjoy marveling and laughing along.

Magic and Interaction with Mecki

Children’s magician Mecki instantly turns the young visitors into the stars of his show. Instead of just watching, the children get to help perform magic tricks, join in the fun, and laugh a lot.

Mecki will perform at booth N28 at 12 p.m. and 2 p.m.

Professor Kuriosum is on the move

Quirky, creative, and always good for a surprise: Professor Kuriosum combines balloon art, spontaneous rhymes, riddles, and mental magic into an unusual interactive experience for young and old alike.

On Sunday, he’ll be roaming the entire fairgrounds from 11 a.m. to 5 p. m.

Clown Wowa Brings Laughter to the Fair

Clown Wowa will also be mingling with visitors. With funny tricks, little surprises, and nimble balloon modeling, he’ll provide entertainment and put a smile on everyone’s face—not just the kids’.

Clown Wowa can be found throughout the entire fairgrounds on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

New Family Ticket for Sunday

In keeping with Family Day, a family ticket for Sunday is available for the first time this year. It can be purchased both online and at the box office.
