History-making, multi-platinum selling Australian alternative rock and future punk/pop band 5 Seconds of Summer have announced their "EVERYONE'S A STAR!" world tour. The tour kicks off in March with a European and UK leg that runs through May, followed by dates in the US from May through August, before wrapping up in the band's home country of Australia next fall. As part of the tour, the band will also come to Germany for 4 shows in Cologne, Hamburg, Berlin and Munich.

Alongside the tour announcement, the band have also released their new single "Telephone Busy", taken from their highly anticipated new album "EVERYONE'S A STAR!", which is out on November 14th.

The band are embarking on their most ambitious new era yet, pioneering a genre-bending sound. The album - the band's first official new music since 2022 - shows 5 Seconds of Summer as they've never been seen or heard before, boldly elevating their sound and aesthetic into another stratosphere. Conceived as both a sonic leap forward and an affirmation of their identity, the work draws inspiration from artists like N.E.R.D., Gorillaz, The Prodigy and others, while tapping into the energy that has always made 5 Seconds of Summer a captivating live band.

They kicked things off with the lead single "NOT OK" and the accompanying official video, which was directed by Hannah Lux Davis (Ariana Grande, Miley Cyrus, Avril Lavigne). This was followed by "Boyband", an ode to her fans and a tongue-in-cheek reference to the label that has accompanied her throughout her career.

To kick off the new chapter, the band surprised their fans in Los Angeles with a pop-up performance. Just hours before the show, thousands of fans lined up on Sunset Boulevard to witness the beginning of the band's new era and this unique event. 5SOS performed new songs from the album, including the lead single "NOT OK", "Boyband", "Telephone Busy", "No.1 Obsession" and "Everyone's A Star!", as well as fan favorites like "Youngblood", "She's Looks So Perfect" and "Teeth".
