In the organizer's words:
The KFFK/Cologne Short Film Festival will be showing over 100 short films from November 18 - 23. National and international works will be presented in competitions and thematic programs. In addition to the film programs, the festival headquarters in the Filmhaus and other cinemas in Cologne offer works for VR, programs for children, a barrier-free program and many opportunities for filmmakers and audiences to meet.
