The subsequent 5-course menu takes you on a journey through a modern interpretation of regional specialties. Upon request, we also offer this excellent menu as a vegetarian option—please specify when booking.

• Cancellation: Due to fixed menu planning and food procurement, cancellations or refunds for tickets are not permitted. However, tickets are transferable to other people.
• Admission: Please be sure to bring your ticket or QR code to the event. For organizational reasons, admission without a ticket is not possible.
