Abschlussabend zum ROMANFABRIK-Schreiber*innen-Preis 2025

Four authors, six weeks in Frankfurt, plenty of new texts: To mark the conclusion of the 2025 Romanfabrik Writers’ Prize, this year’s winners will present the works they created during their writing residency—freshly written, read for the first time, and guaranteed to be hot off the literary press. Readers: Sophie Baumberg, Katharina Bendixen, Philipp Krömer, and Toi Tautorus.

The six-week writing residency in Frankfurt am Main was part of the prize and offered the authors time, space, and city air to create new literary works. The resulting texts span the present, memory, observation, and surprise—as diverse as their authors themselves.
