ACUA is a psych-pop/alternative band from Cologne, celebrating their new album “Flood My Eyes,” which is set to be released on September 3 on Papercup Records. Their first singles have pushed the band’s creative boundaries further, featuring new vocals by drummer Caro and a guest appearance by Warpaint members “Jennylee & TT.” Nominated as “Outstanding Newcomer Artist” and selected as a “music export” in 2024, they performed at Canadian Music Week in Toronto as part of their third Canada tour, they have built a remarkable international reputation, performing 12 shows in Japan across various cities—from Tokyo to Takamatsu—as well as serving as the opening act for FKJ, Japanese House, and OMNI. They have been featured worldwide in blogs and magazines, such as “It’s Nice That” (London), “Nothing But Hope And Passion” (Berlin), “The Spill Magazine” (Toronto), and others.
