ADHERZ ❤️ Ein Unmaskiert Event

We’re thrilled to announce the next ADHERZ: Our 10th-anniversary event—and our very first in Berlin! 💫

After welcoming over 800 happy guests and hosting nine sold-out evenings in Cologne within a year, we’re finally bringing the original meet-and-greet event for people with ADHD—and everyone who feels a sense of belonging—to the capital! And the venue couldn’t be more fitting: It’s going to be wilder than expected in the truest sense of the word—impulsive, lively, and full of dopamine! 💥

Joining us as a special guest and co-organizer: the wonderful content creator and author Alina (@Alinahatfeingefuehl /@aury.social), whom many of you know and appreciate from the neurodivergent community!

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to just be yourself—without a mask, without conforming, without constantly worrying, “How do I come across right now?” That’s exactly what ADHERZ is for. An evening full of genuine connections, where it’s okay to feel nervous, where silence is okay, and where no one is labeled as “too much” or “too little.” Here, you don’t have to put on a show.

A small change for our anniversary:Experience from past events has shown where the real magic happens—in connection! Since you’d rather use the time to have meaningful conversations and build deep connections, we’re intentionally leaving out the dance floor this time. The atmosphere will remain cozy, relaxed, and fully focused on connection throughout.

Who’s it for?

For people with ADHD—whether diagnosed or not. For anyone who often feels “different.” For quiet, loud, chaotic, sensitive, and curious people of all ages. This isn’t a dating event—it’s a space for genuine connection without any pressure to meet expectations.

What to expect:

- Our Awareness Angels, who’ll serve as gentle anchors to help you settle in 👼🏼

- The legendary People Bingo & playful, optional ways to meet new people 🎲

- A big raffle with cool prizes 🎁

- Deep conversations instead of small talk, thanks to our “Deep Talk” question cards on the tables 🗯️

- Fidget toys everywhere, plus earplugs and quiet spaces available if needed ✨🤫

- Neurodivergent awareness & a relaxed atmosphere ❤️

- Sweet surprises to give your dopamine a boost 🫪

- And, of course, like-minded people who want to get to know you just the way you are 👽
