About the book:
"Mister Biller's yellow hat hangs in the checkroom of the café in Prenzlauer Berg where my friend Mathieu works. I put it on when I've paid for my two cappuccinos and stroll through the neighborhood with a wicked smile on my face, as if I wanted to provoke people on the street."

Adrian Kasnitz's new stories are a strange hat that you put on to transform and provoke yourself. They take place in Cologne and Berlin, they take you to Leipzig and Prague, they take you to Albania, Latvia, London and Shenzhen. Sometimes you wish you hadn't worn the foreign hat.
Short biography:
Adrian Kasnitz, born on the Baltic Sea, grew up in the Westphalian mountains, studied in Cologne and Prague, lives as a writer, editor and event organizer in Cologne. In addition to the nine volumes Kalendarium #1 to #9, his most recent publications include Im Sommer hatte ich eine Umarmung and Glückliche Niederlagen, the bilingual prose volume Pierre Huyghe hired me and the novel Bessermann. He has been awarded the Dieter Wellershoff Scholarship from the City of Cologne for his literary work. Since 2019, he has been curating the European Literature Festival Cologne-Kalk (ELK). Mister Biller's yellow hat was recently published by parasitenpresse.
