Advent at Geisselmarkt - Christmas magic in Ehrenfeld

Once again this year, The Hanging Gardens of Ehrenfeld, together with the Catholic parish of St. Joseph and St. Mechtern, cordially invite you to Advent at Geisselmarkt. For the third time, the square will be transformed into a lovingly decorated winter wonderland - cozy and atmospheric, without any coaches.

All the culinary delights of a Christmas market await you: cheese spaetzle, kale, bratwurst (vegan, of course!) and Belgian waffles, as well as mulled wine, children's punch and mulled apples. This year, the market will also be supported by Zunft Kölsch.

A special highlight: Circus Charles Monroe will be visiting with its own hut! There will be popcorn, roasted almonds and candy floss. Anyone who knows the circus knows that we are sure to be in for a surprise or two.

Of course, there will also be a stage program: Among others, the band Gorilla Club, Stanley Brinks (André Herman Düne) and Clemence Freschard, the Hardchor Ehrenfeld, the parents' choir JoMe, there will be a pub quiz and numerous other acts to provide music, atmosphere and a cozy Advent atmosphere.

Other guests: St. Nicholas, Christoph comes with his crepes stand, the Kölner Jugendwerk Zentrum (KJWZ) presents the work of young people, the Allerweltshaus is represented, the homeless charity is there and many many more.
