Together with our experienced instructors Karin & Doris, you’ll learn the basics of the aerial hoop and aerial silks step by step. Try out both apparatus, find out what suits you best, and discover the unique combination of strength, elegance, and fun.
Whether you come alone or with friends—you’ll find a relaxed atmosphere, mutual motivation, and lots of shared joy in movement.
