This workshop is for anyone who wants to try yoga with a hammock.
Nici will introduce you to the world of aerial yoga and show you the various basic poses and simple sequences that not only stretch and invert your body but are also a lot of fun. You’ll be gently introduced to the silks, and by the end, you’ll be amazed at what you’re capable of after just a short time.
This class is perfect for anyone who’s never tried aerial yoga before, hasn’t done it in a long time, or just wants to fly again. :-)
