What to Expect:
Enjoy some downtime after work; immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the forest with breathing exercises, walking meditations, and relaxation exercises. Recharge your energy for everyday life.
Feel free to bring a small blanket or pillow. We’ll conclude with a guided meditation while lying down or sitting.
