Discover AcroYoga - beginners' workshop "bat" 🧘‍♀️🤸‍♂️

Have you always wanted to try AcroYoga? Then this workshop is just right for you! 🌟 In the beginner's workshop "Fledermaus", you will playfully learn the basics of this dynamic mix of yoga, acrobatics and connecting with others.
The focus is on inversions and arm balances, where we turn the world upside down together, build strength in the shoulders, arms and torso and have lots of fun in the process. 💪✨

The workshop is suitable for all levels - you don't need any previous experience. Whether you come alone or with a partner, here you can experience confidence, balance and the joy of movement. 🤝🧡
