AkcroYoga beginners' workshop "Flamingo" 🤸🏽‍♀️🧘‍♂️

Do you want to get to know AkoYoga and move in a playful way? Then this workshop is perfect for you! In the "Flamingo" beginners' workshop, you will learn the basics of this dynamic blend of yoga, acrobatics and mutual trust. Together we will try out simple poses, safe transitions and discover balance, strength and lightness - without any pressure to perform.

The workshop is aimed at beginners - whether you come alone or with a friend, you will have fun and gain new experiences and experience your first "flights" in a good atmosphere.
