The award-winning Munich-based singer and composer Alma Naidu is one of the most sought-after voices on the young European jazz scene. Trained in Munich, London and Cologne, she has been awarded the Bavarian Arts Promotion Prize, the BMW Welt Young Artist Jazz Award and the Kurt Maas Jazz Award, among others. She tours internationally with her music - in France, India, Nepal, Japan and Mongolia, among others, as well as at the most important stages and festivals in Germany.

Following her debut album Alma (top 10 in the German jazz charts), her second album REDEFINE was released in 2025 and went straight to number 3 in the German jazz charts. Her music combines jazz, pop and singer-songwriter influences to create a personal, cinematic sound - haunting, poetic and soulful.

Alma Naidu was already a guest at "FÄZZ am Freitag" at the ROMANFABRIK in January 2025. We are delighted to welcome her now with her own band.
