ANNA DEPENBUSCH & KAISER QUARTETT - LIVE 2025

ANNA DEPENBUSCH, the charismatic singer-songwriter and one of the most fascinating voices on the German music scene, returns in 2025 with a new album and an exclusive tour, accompanied by the renowned neoclassical ensemble KAISER QUARTETT.

The multi-award-winning Hamburg artist is known for her unique fusion of poetry, pop and chanson. ANNA DEPENBUSCH not only promises her audience the usual musical profundity, but also takes her upcoming program to a completely new level: In a creative break since her last album, the Hamburg-based artist has discovered fresh musical inspirations, developed artistically, gathered energy for bold paths and incorporated them into her writing and composition process.

Her new studio album will be released in spring 2025: "I want to surprise and show a powerful, emotional side to myself. It's clear that my love of poetic, headstrong lyrics is at the center" - musically somewhere between Edith Piaf, Björk and Hildegard Knef.

In addition to the new album, ANNA DEPENBUSCH has also announced an extraordinary tour for 2025: At the exclusive concerts, which will take place in some of the most beautiful venues in Germany, ANNA DEPENBUSCH will be accompanied by probably the most subtle unplugged string quartet in contemporary pop: the award-winning Hamburg KAISER QUARTETT in the current line-up Amanda Bailey (violin), Ingmar Süberkrüb (viola), Martin Bentz (cello) and Jansen Folkers (violin).

The KAISER QUARTETT has already been recruited for collaborations by international greats such as Chilly Gonzales, Jarvis Cocker, Anna Ternheim, Daniel Hope and Gregory Porter and is widely appreciated for its enriching collaboration on tour and in the studio. ANNA DEPENBUSCH can now confirm the cooperation with the quartet: "I'm delighted about this collaboration and have long been a big fan of the Kaiser Quartet. They enchant me every time. Now they will refine my new and old songs with their arrangements and give the tour a special depth and emotionality. This is pure poetry!"

The tour, with over 20 concerts across Germany and for the first time also in Vienna, offers a unique opportunity to experience ANNA DEPENBUSCH live with new songs together with the KAISER QUARTETT.
