The Greek god Apollo is the god of the arts, prophecy and healing. He is a radiant ideal of beauty and an ambivalent figure between order and destruction. Apollo has also been a symbol of masculinity since ancient times. What traces has he left behind in our image of masculinity? Does he still serve as an orientation for a young generation? Together with an ensemble of male performers aged between 15 and 20, waltraud900 explores the images and stories that have historically shaped masculinity. They question their own understanding of "male heritage" and search for new role models. Following the award-winning "Daughters of the Future", Apollon asks: Where are the sons of the future heading and what questions accompany them?
