Spray-paintings, bronzes, ceramics, and textile works—it’s hard to believe that all these works are by just one artist. Cornelia Gockel, curator of media art at the Goetz Collection, explains during her guided tour what the diversity of materials in Sterling Ruby’s work is all about and how he manages to produce even large-scale works himself in his studio in Los Angeles.
