Artist Talk with Lars Teichmann - Die zehn Kapitel der Malerei

Lars Teichmann's beginnings as a sprayer are still clearly recognizable in his works. Since then, the artist's repertoire of themes and painting techniques has continuously expanded. His works always oscillate between figuration and abstraction. The constant: the transfer of art historical references to our present day and the thematization of the painting process itself.

The artist talk is part of the special exhibition "The Ten Chapters of Painting", which is presented on the occasion of the recently released publication of the same name and provides an insight into the various creative periods of the artist Lars Teichmann.
