ATEAM | Bootcamp workout x Clubbing

ATEAM is a completely new event format in Cologne: for the first time, a high-intensity boot camp is being held in a nightclub and combines clubbing with functional training to create a unique experience. In the iconic Reinecke Fuchs, energetic music, immersive lighting and a rhythm-based workout merge to create a holistic experience.

ATEAM stands for High-Intensity, Rhythm-Aligned Workouts, in which each session is deliberately designed as an experience. As part of this first event in Cologne, two 50-minute bootcamp sessions will take place from 18:30-19:30 and 20:00-21:00.

In collaboration with local partners from Cologne, a holistic workout experience will be created that combines training, community and a club atmosphere.
