Breathwork to release tension and arrive in the body
Ice bathing to activate clarity, strength and focus
Exchange & connection to start the weekend grounded and open
A space is created in which you can arrive, let go and recharge.
A space that takes you out of your head and back into your feeling, your body, your now.

A quiet, relaxed round to arrive and exchange ideas
Guided breathing session with Simon
Optional, guided ice bathing
Tea, snacks and grounding after the ice bath
