Finnish Modern Metal Visionaries

Hailing from, Finland, ATLAS - a distinctly northern phenomenon of modern metal. Since it's formation in 2015 the band's sound as well as strong imagery has evolved into a fusion of crushing heaviness and haunting vulnerability.

After years of hard work, the band has found its firm lineup with members who have dedicated themselves and their lives to the music. In a decade the bands sound has developed and matured to the point where it is now; a truly unique mixture of different genres and sounds.

The band has toured across Europe with bands such as Orbit Culture, Caligula's Horse, Monuments, VOLA, Adept, Eskimo Callboy, Kadinja and We Butter The Bread With Butter. ATLAS has shared stages with dozens of bands in numerous festivals across Europe.

With their new album Sunder ATLAS (February 2026, Odyssey Music Network) make a powerful return, a carefully crafted follow up for their top-ten-album Primitive (2018) and the critically acclaimed successor Ukko (2021) both released by SPV records. Having the backing of London/ Helsinki based Backbone Management, ATLAS continue to push the boundaries of heavy music.
