Immerse yourself in a relaxing outdoor yoga session! Yoga is a path to greater harmony and flexibility; through physical, breathing, and mindfulness exercises, we find peace and strengthen both body and mind. Yoga knows no age limits, and no prior experience is required. Come in comfortable clothing, with a yoga mat, and on an empty stomach!

Stefanie Striewe, a freelance yoga instructor with a studio in Karnap, will guide us with experience and empathy.
