The exhibition focuses on the history of the house's construction and use, the von Dacheröden family and the Lucius family. Did you know that the house at Anger 37/38 is not only the oldest known building on Erfurt's Anger, but also one of the oldest buildings in the entire city? Who was Caroline von Dacheröden, the dazzling wife of Wilhelm von Humboldt, who was not only a popular and educated woman, but was also far ahead of her time?
