In this course, you will learn how to create lively, honest and profound relationships with others and with yourself. Through clearly guided communication and awareness exercises, a space is created in which authentic expression, presence, vulnerability and genuine listening become possible.

Each session is dedicated to a core topic of human relationships - e.g. shadow parts, needs, boundaries or impact. With short inputs, meditations and partner exercises, you will dive step by step into what really moves you. You will learn to consciously communicate what is happening inside you, to listen more precisely and to shape closeness and distance more clearly.

Sharing rounds and group processes create a safe framework in which deeper emotional movements are welcome and can be held. At the same time, the course remains playful and light, for example through small experiments at the end of each session that encourage people to show the unexpected.

For anyone who wants to make their relationships - private or professional - more honest, more present and more powerful. And for anyone who wants to experience how transformative it is to be truly seen and heard.
