A 3-hour experiential workshop in Hamburg-Altona on contact, self-awareness, body, feeling and inner patterns.

Description:
How am I actually in contact with others? Do I show myself as I really am - or do I adapt, hold back, function?

In this workshop, you will explore your contact patterns with elements from Gestalt work, body awareness, contact exercises and sharing. The aim is to become more aware of what happens in contact: What do I show? What am I holding back? Where does liveliness arise? Where do old patterns repeat themselves?

The workshop is an open experiential space for people who want to get to know Gestalt work and experience themselves more consciously in contact with others. No previous experience is necessary.
