✨What to Expect✨
We’ll start our event with a conscious breathwork journey. ThroughConscious Breathwork, you can enter into a deep, transcendent connection with yourself—sometimes bringing calm and relaxation, and other times allowing emotions or inner images to emerge that feel almost psychedelic. Whatever arises is welcome. We are trained breathwork therapists and will guide you throughout the entire journey, holding the space and supporting you safely through the process.
Afterward, we’ll take time forintegration. In a sharing circle, you can share your experiences if you’d like, so that what you’ve experienced can settle well within you.
Afterward, we open our hearts during a smallcacao ceremony.
To conclude, we’ll gather for agroup singing circle. You’re welcome to sing along, listen, or simply let the experience resonate within you—everything is welcome.
All you need to bring is comfortable clothing, perhaps a blindfold, and something to drink for yourself.
