Seminar description

In the clear structure of the "Awareness Intensive", we use the Zen koan "Who is in?" to go inwards. "Who is inside?" or "Who am I?" is the central question of every meditator, of every person who has set out to search for the essential. What makes you you? What is it that lives inside you? Your mind cannot answer this question.

The structure of the seminar gives you the opportunity to feel, see and hear the answer in every fiber of your body. Layer by layer we penetrate to our center, to our vitality, to our own dynamics.

An overnight stay in the seminar room is part of the process.
