Balfolkwirbel mit Jan Budweis und Bettina Wunderlich

Dancing in the hall to live music by the acoustic music duo Budweis-Wunderlich. Equally powerful and impulsive, eager to experiment, and with a loving eye for detail, Budweis (diatonic accordion) and Wunderlich (flute) achieve a rare perfection that, despite all its sophistication, never loses its cheerfulness but always remains lively, stimulating, and lively—and quickly spreads to the audience.
The event is organized by the independent dance group Folkstanzwirbel, which meets every Monday at 7 p.m. at the Honigfabrik in Wilhelmsburg to dance. The group dances international dances. Anyone who enjoys dancing or would like to give it a try is warmly welcome. Each dance is explained.

2–5 p.m.: Workshop I: Ensemble workshop for musicians (Registration due by August 23!)

3:00–5:00 p.m.: Workshop II: Odd-step waltz for dancers
