Balkan Bites

Immerse yourself in the passionate and hearty world of Balkan cuisine and experience an enjoyable evening full of intense flavors, traditional recipes and shared cooking moments. In our "Balkan Bites" cooking course, we will take you on a culinary journey through countries from Hungary, Serbia to Bosnia, Croatia, Macedonia and Ukraine - regions where food is more than just nourishment: it is an expression of hospitality, joie de vivre and community.

Together with our chef Normen, you will conjure up a varied menu step by step that reflects the diversity of Balkan cuisine. We start with an aromatic borscht accompanied by fluffy, golden-brown baked langosch based on a Hungarian recipe. We then turn our attention to hearty classics: juicy shashlik, spicy djuvec rice and a refreshing yogurt and mint dip.

Another highlight of the evening is our Ćevapčići, which we interpret in a modern way and serve as a burger - accompanied by a crunchy white cabbage salad that provides freshness and texture. For a sweet finish, a popular classic awaits you with a new twist: plucked cake in a glass - creamy, chocolaty and simply irresistible.

You will cook together in a relaxed atmosphere, learn new techniques, gain exciting insights into ingredients and traditions and enjoy all the dishes in a convivial atmosphere at the end. Whether you are an amateur chef or a connoisseur - this evening is all about sharing, enjoyment and good food.
