BERLIN DJANGO PROJECT - Modern Gypsy Swing Berlin
The Berlin Django Project combines original compositions by the band members together with traditional and modern gypsy swing, jazz and chansons.
The band represents a microcosm of the cultural melting pot that is Berlin, capturing a unique raw energy as well as a fresh approach to the musical style originally developed by the great guitarist Django Reinhardt.
Kobi Salomon is a well-known clarinetist, saxophonist and jazz professor at the Tel Aviv Conservatory, born in 1972. He has produced highly acclaimed jazz series and albums and has performed throughout Europe.
