The "Moving start to the day" is our morning format in the FREIRAUM. Twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., it offers a training session for professionals as well as beginners and anyone interested in getting the day off to an active start. With qualified instructors, we create a weekly changing and interdisciplinary offer of yoga, dance and other somatic practices that reflects the diversity of the FREIRAUM community and leads us into the day invigorated.
