BEYOND LABELS – Ausstellung mit Events zu lesbischer Sichtbarkeit & Selbstbestimmung

In the organizer's words:

BEYOND LABELS is a photographic and filmic exhibition about lesbian visibility and self-determination. The focus is on women* with a masculine appearance, whose stories tell of identity, everyday discrimination, misgendering, courage and belonging. The portraits show people beyond pigeonholes - approachable, dignified and self-determined.

The exhibition will be accompanied by a diverse supporting program with talks, panels, encounters and community events. The vernissage offers a first insight into the project, a chance to get to know the initiator Chris Selle and photographer and videographer Katrin Chodor.
